We understand that buying a leather jacket online can be challenging, and sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to return your jacket, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. To qualify for a return, the jacket must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached, and the jacket should be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must include the order number and a reason for the return.

If the return meets these criteria, we will provide a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned jacket, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

How to Initiate a Return

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your leather jacket for a different size, style, or color, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in the same unworn, unused condition as specified above.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
